Job summary

Northern Children’s Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support children and adolescents in school and community settings. The role focuses on one-to-one behavioral interventions and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

Most cases are school-based, with hours typically from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Applicants should have a Behavioral Health certification or related credentials, a high school diploma with RBT training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Behavioral Health services is required.
• Behavioral Health or Behavior Analysis certification or related credentials preferred.
• High School Diploma plus 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavioral management interventions for children/adolescents in home, school or community settings.
• Implement plan-based interventions to stabilize and develop self-management skills.
• Collaborate with treatment team, families, and schools to ensure continuity of service.
