Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program or 18+ for Direct Support Technician roles.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance requirements.
• No disqualifying felony convictions; background screening completed.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage crisis situations.
• Implement behavior management plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Promote daily living, self-help and social skills for clients.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Conduct and supervise recreational and life-enrichment activities.
• Complete required documentation daily, professionally.
