Compass Health is seeking a Youth Support Partner in Mt. Vernon, WA to empower young people through the Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) program. You will share your lived experience to help youths engage in their behavioral health journey across home, school, and community.

The role requires evenings and weekends, with a High School Diploma or GED and CPSS course completion; WA driver’s license and a vehicle are needed. Join a mission-driven team focused on recovery and equity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA/BA preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Personal experience with youth behavioral health services.
• Completion of Certified Peer Support Specialist course and CPSS/T credential (pending).
• WA state driver's license and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire hope using your lived experience to build trust with youth.
• Assist youths in participating in treatment decisions and finding their voice.
• Support clients in office, home, school, and community settings.
• Provide mentorship, advocacy, and life-skill development.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client and family needs.
