Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to deliver clinical services to families throughout Maricopa County. You will work with kids and young adults to help them overcome challenges and reach their potential.

CFSS provides comprehensive training and a team-based, mission-driven environment. This role offers a supportive culture, flexible duties, and a path to growth in outpatient behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
• Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Mentor and model positive behaviors to empower youth and families.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to needs.
• Maintain flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
