Child & Family Support Services, Inc. (CFSS) in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families across Pima County. Join a mission-driven team that supports kids and young adults through mentorship, coaching, and family-centered care.

We offer a full benefits package and opportunities for growth. Must meet education/experience requirements and be able to work evenings/weekends; compensation is $20–$22 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with acceptable 39 month driving record.
• Negative drug test required; DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR and First Aid training completed.

Responsibilities

• Empower youth with behavioral health challenges through mentoring and interventions.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching.
• Coordinate care with families, therapists, and other professionals.
• Provide services in the community, home, or natural settings.
• Build positive connections with children and adults in a strength-based, family-centered way.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
