Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of behavioral health experience or
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
• Empower youth through mentoring, role-modeling, and supportive interventions
