Job summary

Chimes is hiring a Behavior Health Technician to work one-on-one with children and adolescents in community settings, helping to build communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills while making a lasting impact on youth and families. The role involves travel between client locations, collaboration with families and school staff, and participation in ongoing training and supervision.

Starting compensation begins at $18+ per hour, based on experience and credentials, with full-time

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents in any setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Willingness to travel between service locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings.
• Help clients build communication, social, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
• Support positive behavior change using strategies from ABA training.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and treatment team members to support client success.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their support systems.
• Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Travel between client locations throughout the community.
