Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in the United States seeks a Certified Behavior Technician to support youth with developmental disabilities via in-home or community therapy. You will deliver 1:1 ABA-based programs under supervision to help clients achieve communication, self-help, and social-skills goals.

The role features Monday–Friday 3:30p–6:30p with compensation of $21.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
