Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21 in Cambria County, PA. The role combines direct client care with supervision, focusing on assessments and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

The position requires PA licensure as a Behavior Specialist, BCBA certification or equivalent, and strong documentation skills to collaborate with families, educators, and other providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• Certified as a BCBA or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either one year of full-time mental health direct services with children/youth or completed a practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist or similar).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
