Safe Children Coalition, Inc. is seeking a passionate Behavior Coach to join our youth-care team. In this role, you will address safety, supervision, and behavior modification for residents, helping them excel in various aspects of life.

The position offers opportunities for growth, a comprehensive benefits package including health benefits, PTO, and a retirement plan. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably experience working with at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with at-risk youth preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Possess a Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides awake supervision for residents to ensure safety.
• Maintains a structured and orderly program according to schedule.
• Guides residents in activities including life skills and homework.
• Prevents resident altercations through behavior modification techniques.
• Completes accurate documentation in a timely manner.
