Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) seeks a Youth Basketball Program Coordinator to lead Jr Nuggets camps and clinics, collaborate on long-term programming, and expand community partnerships. This in-person role requires coaching expertise, program development skills, and strong customer relations.

The coordinator will manage a part-time coaching team, support marketing and operations, and help grow Nuggetb‑based community initiatives in Colorado. In-person, full-time hourly, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Three years of basketball coaching experience at various levels.
• Experience building or executing youth sports programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead clinician and on-duty manager for Jr Nuggets camps, clinics, and events.
• Design, create, and execute long-term Jr Nuggets programming with the director.
• Collaborate with departments to promote camps, clinics, and Jr Nuggets Jersey Program.
• Develop relationships with community partners to expand participation and program quality.
• Drive group ticket sales through Jr Nuggets programming.
• Develop and grow the Denver Nuggets Kids’ Club.
