Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) in Denver, CO is seeking a Social Media Coordinator for the Denver Nuggets to manage and execute multimedia content across the team’s social channels. You will collaborate with the KSE Digital team to publish, plan content, track performance, and assist in campaigns that drive fan engagement and retail success at Nuggets Shop.

The role requires a passion for basketball culture, copywriting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in field or related field.
• High School or GED required.
• 2 years' experience working in social media.

Responsibilities

• Publish across multiple Denver Nuggets social channels based on team needs.
• Drive execution of Nuggets Shop social channels and retail marketing value.

Nature of Work

Responsible for ideation, organization, management and strategic implementation of multimedia content for KSE Digital and across the Denver Nuggets' social and digital platforms.

Examples of work performed

• Responsible for publishing across multiple Denver Nuggets' social media channels based on social media team needs
• Drives execution of Denver Nuggets Shop social media channels, bringing commercial value to the team's retail marketing efforts.
• Covers and promotes games, practices, team and community events, sponsored assets, marketing and ticket sales initiatives, and fan-facing interaction for team platforms.
• Contributes to planning content, including video, written, graphical, and nuanced social media specific posts.
• Helps organize content calendars, track and measure performance, and make recommendations to optimize future post and campaign performance.
• Identifies trends within the social and digital content space, and makes recommendations on adjusted strategies to optimize for engagement, growth and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum
• BS/BA degree in field or related field
• High School or GED
• 2 years' experience working in social media
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Preferred
• Experience and/or knowledge in basketball and NBA culture.
• Experience copywriting and publishing on social.

Compensation

• Base hourly range $21-23 per hour
