i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. The role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered, observed, and improved.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey instructions.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge across youth levels.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems.
• Situational awareness to manage safety and coach oversight.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings for the full season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions emphasizing fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and deliver superior customer service.
