Job summary

The i9 Sports Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches. The role builds relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional quality across practices and games.

Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount, with hands-on involvement in practices and games for all age groups and skill levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude with ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to accommodate weekends and evenings during the season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices with focus on fundamentals and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day.
• Consistently deliver a positive attitude and outstanding customer service.
