Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field or comparable experience.
• Experience leading sports and recreation programs is required.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and staff supervision capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of baseball/softball leagues, scheduling, and staffing.
• Coach or supervise clinics and camps as needed.
• Manage equipment, field readiness, and facility setup and maintenance.
• Direct recruitment, training, and evaluation of seasonal staff.
• Develop budgets and drive program growth and revenue opportunities.
