An engaging youth sports organization is looking for energetic coaches for its summer baseball and softball camps across the tri-state area. Positions include Coach and Site Director, requiring a commitment of 3-5 weeks. Compensation varies by experience, ranging from $17.25 to $23.00 per hour. Qualifications

• Ability to commit Monday-Friday for a minimum of 3-5 weeks during camp.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day.
• Execute Mets Baseball Camps Curriculum daily.
• Provide feedback during drills and games.
• Highlight teachable moments for campers.

Skills

Experience working with children ages 4-13

Coaching and/or playing baseball/softball at a high school level

Passion for teaching and providing quality leadership
