i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the experience for players and coaches. The role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered.

You will observe, assess, and assist our coaches across all age groups and skill levels during practices and games. You will empower volunteer coaches, teach core concepts including Sportsmanship, supervise game-day operations, and maintain a positive customer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Must pass National Criminal Background Check.
• Available weekends for full season.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches during practice sessions.
• Teach core concepts including Sportsmanship.
• Supervise designated sport on game day.
• Provide positive customer service and action-oriented support.
