Job summary

ACES Wintergreen Magnet School is seeking a dynamic Athletic Coordinator to organize and manage middle school sports throughout the academic year. You will coordinate schedules, transportation, and events across districts while engaging with students, families, and coaches.

The role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for youth athletics. Candidates should have CT coaching coursework, concussion training, and first aid/CPR certification, with at least three years of coaching

Qualifications

• At least three years experience coaching a variety of middle school athletic teams.
• Knowledge of the rules for a variety of sports and safety expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with districts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all athletic events in collaboration with area districts and towns.
• Attend home and away events throughout the year and manage scheduling.
• Oversee spectators and coaches and advocate for youth athletes.
