nVent seeks Youth Apprentices in Building/Construction, Electrical Welding, or Electrical Engineering to gain hands-on, supervised experience in its departments. This paid entry-level position targets individuals 16 years and older, including students or recent graduates, who want to pursue construction careers.
You will learn to assist with assembly, electrical tasks, and welding support, with on-the-job training and safety as a priority in a collaborative environment.

Each Youth Apprentice is hired into and trained within one department and works under close supervision from experienced nVent team members.
