OpenAI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Youth product efforts, shaping how teenagers benefit from AI across OpenAI’s products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, policy, legal, communications, finance, and operations teams. This is a high-impact role based in San Francisco with relocation assistance.

You will create age-specific product experiences for users under 18, own products end-to-end, and define success metrics backed by data and research.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management leadership for consumer or platform products.
Experience building products for teenagers.
Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex problems.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products.
Analytical, user-focused, cross-functional communicator.
Passion for using AI to improve daily life.

Responsibilities

Create age-specific product experiences for users under 18.
Own products end-to-end from concept through launch and iteration.
Balance usefulness, simplicity, trust, safety, and accessibility in experiences.
Define success metrics and use data to guide roadmap decisions.
