Job summary

Blueprints in Washington County, WA is seeking an Independent Living Caseworker to provide case management for youth in the program, conduct in-home sessions, and coordinate life skills training.

The role requires a Bachelor in social work or related field, 2+ years working with children and families or a MSW, strong documentation, and ability to attend court hearings and 24/7 crisis intervention as part of on-call rotations; flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social work or related field is required.
• 2+ years' experience with children and families for Caseworker II/III or a Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Understand and maintain compliance with contractual agreements with Children and Youth Services and complete all paperwork as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for all referred participants.
• Maintain written documentation including progress reports and transition plans.
• Attend court hearings and meetings related to job duties.
• Provide crisis intervention and prevention 24/7 through on-call rotation.
• Coordinate and implement Life Skills Training sessions, and conduct in-home sessions with youth.
• Maintain awareness of agency policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
