Job summary

Blueprints is seeking an Independent Living Caseworker to support youth in Washington. You will provide case management services, coordinate life skills sessions, and maintain thorough documentation for all participants.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in social work or related field, with 2+ years of experience (or a Master's in Social Work). Regular attendance, knowledge of state regulations, and ability to work with partner agencies are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Caseworker II & III require 2+ years’ experience with children and families or a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for referred participants and maintain accurate case records.
• Maintain written documentation including progress reports, transition plans, program reports, and assessments.
• Attend court hearings, interagency meetings, and conferences related to job duties.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage 24/7 as scheduled.
