Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Children’s Case Manager to provide professional case management to eligible clients and advocate for services needed to meet their needs. You will coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team and travel within the designated area as required to serve children with Serious Emotional Disturbance.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience with children, eligibility for 18+ age, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a minimum of one year of relevant life/work experience with children who have Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education paths include a Bachelor's in a related field or a Master's in a closely related field; alternate Bachelor's with relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional case management services to eligible clients and coordinate needed services.
• Advocate for clients to secure services and support within an interdisciplinary team.
• Possess flexibility to work hours and travel within the designated area to meet client demand.
