The facilitator will support youth through collaboration with staff, maintain documentation, and participate in program activities, with a 4-hour weekly schedule and $20 hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and youth; willingness to engage with youth.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide an abstract for review.
• Must be able to pass all criminal background checks including CARI and CHRI.
• Effective communication skills including written and verbal; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

We are currently seeking a Youth Advisory Council (YAC) Facilitator to serve under the direction of the Director of Young Adult Services at our Trenton location. Facilitator is responsible for working with agency involved youth to promote advocacy and leadership skills, supporting them to become ambassadors for Anchor House and leaders in their communities.

This position is part-time, 4 hours weekly (1 group per week)

Hourly Pay: $20.00
