Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is hiring for a full-time Recruitment Specialist in the Bronx, NY. You will conduct direct recruitment, engage with referral sources, and manage outreach presentations to support program enrollment.

You will also coordinate candidate reception, track progress, and prepare daily recruitment reports while promoting Job Corps standards and policies. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree with relevant experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree with two years related experience required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct direct recruitment activities and public speaking.
• Interface with outreach contractors in line with government and management directives.
• Arrange for reception of candidates and assist with enrollment processes.
• Prepare reports related to recruitment efforts and outreach events.
• Coordinate outreach presentations and maintain logs of contacts and referrals.
• Support placement activities and assist applicants with document uploads.
• Promote Job Corps standards and policies, including zero tolerance.
