YMCA at Downtown is seeking energetic Youth Activity Center Staff for a part-time role. You will lead activities for kids ages 6-12, model positive behavior, and help create a safe, fun environment that supports growth and learning.

You will welcome parents and children, supervise activities, and uphold safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, and enthusiasm for a busy, lively setting.

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Do you love working with kids and creating a fun, safe environment for them to grow? We're looking for energetic and responsible Youth Activity Center Staff to join our team! You'll get to interact with kids ages 6-12, build connections, and ensure they have a blast while staying safe.
