Youth Opportunity in Rockdale, TX is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to support Rockdale Youth Academy. You will maintain building services, grounds, and safety in a residential treatment setting for youth, collaborating with staff to keep a welcoming, secure environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage building services, groundskeeping and general upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and presentation.
• Assist with renovations and facility improvement projects.
• Oversee safety measures related to fire, security and closures.
• Monitor security systems and access control.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with program managers and contractors.
• Track inspections and address deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Direct contractor activities for facility maintenance and grounds.
