Base pay range

$35,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr

This role allows you to help transform people's lives by placing them in ideal positions with our clients while transforming your own life.

We do not require previous recruiting experience as we provide proper training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your earning goals. Continuous coaching and guidance are also available.

This is a commission-driven position with potential earnings between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
  • Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
  • Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
  • Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • A degree is preferred but not required
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all requirements
