Base pay range

$35,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We have a proven success formula that has made us an industry leader and one of the largest executive search firms in the country, with an extensive and growing network of search consultants. No prior recruiting experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training, tools, resources, and ongoing support to help you reach your earning goals. We also offer continuous coaching once you join.

This is a commission-driven position with an earning potential of 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements.
Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
Cold call, qualify, screen candidates and clients, prepare for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
Effective negotiation skills.
A Degree Is Preferred, But Not Required
Successful completion of gpac training and all requirements.
