Base pay range

$35,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr

We have a proven recipe for success that has made us an industry leader and one of the largest and most successful executive search firms in the country, with an extensive and growing network of search consultants. No previous recruiting experience is required as we provide proper training, tools, resources, and ongoing support to help you reach your earning goals. We also offer continuous coaching and guidance.

This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
  • Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
  • Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiating job offers.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
  • Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
  • Effective negotiation skills.

A Degree Is Preferred, But Not Required

Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
