Young Life in the Cleveland area is seeking a dedicated YoungLives Coordinator to develop and sustain YoungLives ministries in the community. You will lead teams in spiritual development, recruit and train volunteers, and build strategic relationships with schools and community organizations.

The role emphasizes prayer, leadership cultivation, fundraising, and direct ministry to teens and young moms, with training required and ongoing involvement in mission-wide initiatives.

• Ability to clearly communicate Young Life’s mission and the vision for YoungLives.
• Understand the unique issues faced by pregnant and parenting teen moms.
• Proven relational skills with both adolescents and adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as the job requires.

Responsabilités

• Spiritual Development — develop a vibrant spiritual life and lead others in prayer and Bible study within the Young Life community.
• Leadership Development — recruit, train and mentor volunteers and staff to build effective leadership teams.
• Resource Development — raise financial support and manage donor relations for area ministries.
• Direct Ministry — lead outreach, plan campaigns, and manage Summer and school-year camping strategies.
• Ministry Support — handle administrative tasks, communications, and reporting with professionalism.
• Training — complete required YoungLives trainings and participate in regional and mission-wide trainings.
