Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain YoungLives ministries in the respective areas.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and leadership training.
• Recruit, train and supervise mentors and volunteers for leadership teams.
• Build relationships with schools, parenting programs and community organizations.
