BairesDev is seeking a Young Professional – Trainee Recruiter to join our global remote team. This entry point teaches the fundamentals of recruitment and sourcing while supporting experienced recruiters across the full hiring cycle.

You’ll post openings, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and keep candidate records in the ATS. This role offers 100% remote work, flexible hours, USD compensation, and career development in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field — or pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.
