Victory Church in Norcross, GA seeks an energetic Young Adults Associate Director to implement the Director’s vision, coordinate volunteer teams, and manage weekly rhythms for the Young Adults ministry. You will oversee volunteer systems, support metrics reporting, and help young adults take intentional next steps in discipleship and leadership journeys, while ensuring weekly gatherings

Qualifications

• years of experience in a related position is preferred.
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Maturity and good judgment in dealing with interpersonal matters
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
• Reliable transportation to travel between campuses
• Knowledge of both Mac and Microsoft 365 Office Suite Software

Responsibilities

• Execute the Director’s vision through weekly planning and coordination
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, and communicate with volunteers
• Coordinate trainings, meetings, and ministry environments
• Maintain systems, records, and follow-up processes
• Support reporting, projects, and operational follow-through
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct weekly 1v1s with Connections team, and assigned Small Group Coaches
• Provide ongoing pastoral care, coaching, and relational investment for young adult women
• Serve as a consistent point of care and connection for women in VYA
• Participate in Staff Chapel and Communications Meeting (Tuesday mornings)
• Assist with set-up and full execution of the weekly Young Adults service
• Support service flow from set-up through closing
• Send GroupMe communications to rally team and leaders for service nights
• Lead and facilitate leader trainings as scheduled
• Provide development conversations with leaders following Tuesday night services
• Support the health and culture of the VYA leader team
• Attend YA Team Meetings (Monday & Wednesday)
• Attend Norcross Meetings (Wednesday)Attend Global VYA Team Meetings (Monthly)
• Participate in MOC / POD on designated Saturdays (1–2 per month)
• Attend weekend services and connect with leaders as assigned
• Handle VYA admin tasks including announcements, graphics requests, and communications
• Assist with PCO scheduling for specified area of ministry
• Support logistics and execution for special events alongside the pastoral team
• Assist general communications to leaders regarding meetings, events, and service needs
• Assist Central YA Pastor as assigned.
• *All other duties as assigned*
• Knowledge of Planning Center Online.
• Project Management software experience
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
