Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a clinical behavioral health field.
• Eligibility for NH licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment, psychotherapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
• Deliver services in office, clients' homes, and community settings to improve access.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and progress notes per agency and Medicaid standards.
• Collaborate with families, medical providers, and interdisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Manage an assigned caseload while ensuring quality, timely services.
