Job summary

NatureBridge seeks an Operations Manager for our Yosemite campus to oversee logistical operations for environmental science programs, including staffing, scheduling, and coordination with campus departments. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership and strong CRM and risk management skills.

You will supervise Administrative Educator roles, manage weekly reports, ensure safety and service quality, and collaborate with national and campus teams to optimize systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Wilderness First Responder Certification is required.
• Robust risk management experience and expertise.
• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the weekly Environmental Science staffing schedule through Salesforce CRM and ensure details are accurate.
• Manage scheduling requests from Educators with supervisor approval.
• Partner with Sales and Education Teams to meet scheduling goals.
• Train Educators on program logistics and schedule management.
• Prepare weekly reports on lodgings, meals, transport and recreation.
• On-site presence in Yosemite at least twice per week.
• Maintain CRM systems and program portals; act as Rotating Manager On Call.
