Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Filler Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

You will set up, operate, and maintain filling/packaging equipment, ensuring high-quality product and compliance with safety standards on a 12-hour rotating shift. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prefer experience with filling machines, plus strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read manuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating filling machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling/packaging equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
• Monitor product flow through the fill line.
• Follow established testing procedures and provide samples as needed.
• Maintain sanitary work area and adhere to personal hygiene regulations.
