Job summary

YogaSix - West Seattle is seeking a Wellness Sales Advisor to welcome guests, drive new membership sales, and support retention with exceptional service. You will guide class selections, answer questions, and process merchandise transactions while helping maintain a welcoming studio environment.

This role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication in person, on the phone, and via email, and proficiency with Club Ready.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English with strong communication across in person, phone and email.
• Able to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills. Other duties as assigned.
