Job summary

YogaSix is seeking a Wellness Sales Advisor in Seattle to support studio leadership in new member sales and retention. You will provide outstanding customer service, guide class selections, and process merchandise transactions while helping create a welcoming YogaSix community.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication across in-person, phone, and email channels, and the ability to work weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication via in person, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the GM.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Maintains a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills.
• Other duties as assigned
