Job summary

ALO in Lexington, KY is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) to help drive profitability and efficiency in-store. You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute core retail functions, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipments, receiving, and replenishment.

This role requires constant movement, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales & operations environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend and move for full shifts
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and visual merchandising
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with teams on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities
• Promote a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations
• Move actively on the floor to assist guests and business needs
• Carry out operations-focused directives with the Ops & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment to ensure product flow
• Use metrics to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store and back-of-house areas
