Hot 8 Yoga in New York is seeking enthusiastic Manager and Assistant Managers with a passion for Yoga to join their growing team. Candidates must hold a 200-hour RYT certificate and be prepared to teach various classes as part of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, ensuring studio presence during peak hours, managing budgets, and maintaining studio operations. Additional perks include 60% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance up to $535 per month.

Qualifications

• Must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and must teach classes.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Must work a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours.
• Processing payroll and overseeing inventory.
• Tracking studio budget and addressing maintenance needs.
• Cleaning and leading Teacher Trainings.
