Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to partner with the Studio Manager and Studio Assistant in delivering an exceptional in-studio experience. You will greet students, support administrative tasks, and help maintain a premium customer service standard while promoting CorePower Yoga memberships.

This role offers a path to deepen involvement with CPY through yoga practice and access to a heavily discounted membership.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining the high level of customer service.
• A passion for the yoga lifestyle is strongly preferred but not required.
• The Front Desk Team Member may be required to perform manual cleaning work and must be able to engage in physical activity for 1.5 to 3 hours at a time, lift 15 lbs and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service via admin support.
• Effectively use Zenoti for class check-in, retail purchases, and student account support.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student needs and concerns, and connecting students with the appropriate studio staff who can resolve their issue.
• Comply with expectations for substitution, no-show policy and other guidelines as outlined by the Employee Handbook, and outlined by studio management.
• Maintain and support a positive working relationship with peers, instructors and managers by offering and accepting feedback.
• Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, CPY rules, policies and procedures and management direction as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Follow cleaning guidelines to create a positive working environment.
