Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to join our studio team. You will create a premium customer experience, greet students, and support administrative tasks to help run smooth classes.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Passion for yoga lifestyle preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service via admin support.
• Effectively use Zenoti for class check-in, retail purchases, and student account support.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student needs and concerns, and connecting students with the appropriate studio staff who can resolve their issue.
• Comply with expectations for substitution, no-show policy and other guidelines as outlined by the Employee Handbook, and outlined by studio management.
• Maintain and support a positive working relationship with peers, instructors and managers by offering and accepting feedback.
• Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, CPY rules, policies and procedures and management direction as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Follow cleaning guidelines to create a positive working environment.
