CorePower Yoga is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to deliver a welcoming studio experience, assist teachers and students, and maintain a clean, consistent environment across classes and studio traffic levels.

You will manage front desk duties, help with purchases, rentals, and POS transactions, support retail and member services, and perform opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• Qualities: passion for wellness, fitness, or yoga.
• Warm, welcoming, high-energy demeanor and customer-focused.
• Reliable, responsible, and consistent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate confidence running the POS system for student transactions.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk & Student Experience: Deliver a best-in-class welcome, manage class formats and membership benefits, assist with purchases, and handle waitlists and roster accuracy.
• Studio Retail Support: Assist with sizing, product recommendations, and maintaining brand-standard merchandise presentation.
• Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep spaces tidy, stocked, and ready for classes and ensure lockers and facilities meet standards.
• Opening & Closing Duties: Serve as studio key holder, perform opening and closing procedures, reconcile POS, and restock as needed.
