Job summary

Equinox Seattle is actively seeking Yoga Instructors to join our team. In this role, you will deliver the Equinox Experience, guide class flow, and ensure punctual starts and finishes while maintaining a high-energy, member-focused environment.

You will teach regularly, adapt to participants’ needs, and collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager on feedback, equipment, and scheduling. CPR/AED certification and ongoing professional development are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Yoga Certification or a degree in a related field.
• Experience teaching yoga classes to diverse groups.
• Must maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox Experience to members in each class.
• Adhere to class descriptions and adjust intensity for participants as needed.
• Ensure classes start and end on time.
• Teach classes regularly and minimize substitutions.
• Coordinate with Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and substitutions.
