Job summary

Equinox in San Ramon is seeking a passionate Yoga Instructor to lead engaging classes, deliver the Equinox Experience, and guide members toward their fitness goals. The ideal candidate holds a current Yoga Certification (or related degree), has teaching experience, CPR/AED certification, and a friendly, outgoing attitude.

This is a dynamic, client-focused role requiring reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adapt duration and intensity.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Yoga Certification or a degree in a related field.
• Have experience teaching.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox Experience to our members in each class.
• Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.
• Ensure class begins and ends on time.
• Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum.
• Communicate with Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing
