Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the designated program area under the direction of the Program Director. You may assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff and volunteers to maintain quality and participation.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, improving participant involvement and retention, and staying aware of current trends in the field.
