Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is hiring Youth Workers to support before and after school programming. Under a Site Director, you will supervise a group of children and engage them in high-energy activities throughout the day.

Youth Workers help foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth in line with the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect, while building trust with parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• -Ability to lead activities including crafts, games, and sports.
• -Positive relationships with youth and parents.
