The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking Youth Workers to join our Before and After School programs in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will assist in implementing engaging activities and interact positively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel while supervising groups of children throughout the day.

Under the guidance of a Site Director, you’ll help foster social, physical, spiritual and mental growth by modeling the YMCA core values: caring, honesty, responsibility,

YOUTH WORKERS assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with parents, other staff, and school personnel to develop a trusting relationship. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers are responsible for directly supervising a group of children while engaging with them in a variety of high-energy activities throughout the day.
