Job summary

The YMCA KIPP DC is hiring Senior Group Leaders for School Age Child Care to enrich after-school programs at KIPP DC sites in the Washington, DC area. This part-time role offers morning and after-school hours during the school year and provides opportunities to positively impact children aged 3–10.

Job Description

The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington is one of the largest charities in the DC area. The Y serves as an anchor in the community offering programs and services encompassing youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Location: YMCA at KIPP DC (various locations)
Compensation: $18.40 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Mornings/Evening Hours | School Year

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

What You Bring

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Before Care: 6:30am–8:00am (optional)
• After Care: 2:30pm–6:30pm
